Individual Therapy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rates:
60 minute initial assessment -$300
55 minute therapy session - $250
45 minute therapy session- $230
Payments:
I currently accept all major credit cards, check, and cash payments.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for a scheduled therapy appointment and/or do not cancel your appointment 24-hours beforehand, you will be charged $150 for the missed appointment.
My practice can electronically bill out of network primary insurance for services. I can also provide clients a Superbill to submit their claims on their own. Clients are responsible to pay the whole session fee at the time of service. Insurance reimbursement checks will be sent directly to clients. Any discrepancies of payment or non-payment from client's insurance will be up to the client to investigate.
Please be aware as an out of network provider that insurance may or may not pay for my services. Please check your plan carefully and bring a copy of your insurance card to your first session.
